Christmas in Switzerland

I spent 2011 christmas at my aunt's place in Zurich, Switzerland. Lucky for me, my younger cousin got a reflex for christmas, and I got to play with it ;)

Candles on a birthday cake (Forêt Noire) Did a small animated gif of this!
Water in a turquoise glass

Winter night in Zurich. I have a fetish for public lights ;)

Zurich's cathedral. Loved the light here.

Zurich's streets. Look like Disneyland to me!
Me and my two cousins ^^

Sunday walk in the woods

Pictures taken by me on the 26th of February during a long walk I had with Nicolas and his parents.
The great thing is that every single time I walk into a forest, I imagine that I'm in a Robin Hobb's book, wandering with Fitz, The Fool and Nighteyes...It is such a pleasing feeling.

The colors are not good enough on the picture, everything was green actually, the ground, the trees...That was amazing!

The view we had during our picnic...Nice dining room isn't it?

Dops, desperate to find...whatever she smelled here :p

We visited the rests of a World War Two german camp. I loved to see how nature took her rights back on concrete.

The blurry effect was not on purpose but I think it's quite good like this. I don't know why, but it makes me think of those Millet paintings.

Random pictures for tonight!

Here are a few pictures that I love, not necessarily taken by my though ^^

Détail of my big sister christmas tree. Loved that the focus is on the moon behind, and the red touches with the balls and the curtain!

Me by Zélie ;)

A very beautiful picture of Vagabond, a cat from my parents in law's house. Taken by my boyfriend ^^

Carole, my sister in law and me last sunday. She hates her picture to be taken, but I managed to get a smile. It's rare so that pic is quite precious to me ^^

THE boyfriend and myself ;) Sunday also!

This one comes from the lovely church of the lovely medieval village of Carcassonne (South of France).
I always loved stained glass in churches!
